Blooms and Scripture 6

Azaleas 2

Azaleas 2

Azaleas 1

Still busy these days (a good thing), but flowers are still blooming so I’ll do another round of Blooms and Scripture. I have a non existent vegetable garden this year – too many Saturdays in a row with work and rain, but the flowers are making up for some of that.

These are the azaleas at our church from a couple months ago. We’ve had much rain, and it was a fabulous year for azaleas. They were like this everywhere you looked.

“His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence,by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire.” 2 Peter 1:3-4 ESV

  1. Those are beautiful bushes, and say without words, that your church is loved and cared for, and an appropriate scripture, since we are called to be partakers of the Divine Nature which delighted in their creation. Thank you.
