We have a line of these growing along the ditch-bank. I think they’re wild Yucca plants but not sure. Anyway, they have beautiful blooms.
“For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness,” 2 Peter 1:5-6 ESV
Lovely. 🙂 Yes, they are Yucca and I am hoping to eventually buy some of this variety. It’s native in Iowa. We have some of the flaccid leave type, where the leaves are not stiff. The roots are massive, so they withstand drought. I call the flowers yucca bells.
Thanks – great information!
